The Champion Awards is an annual event that seeks to recognize the many successful real estate projects and individuals that make the Triangle area such a dynamic place to live and do business. The Awards Ceremony is a fun, elegant luncheon that brings together over 400 of the brightest and best community leaders to celebrate the accomplishments of the best projects and professionals in commercial real estate. Nominations should reflect projects, accomplishments, or achievements between January 1st - December 31st for all awards with the exception of Impact Award and Professional Commercial Real Estate Service Award.
The deadline to submit Champion Awards Nominations is February 9th, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.

Most Creative Local Marketing Campaign
To a company who has developed the most creative advertising or marketing program that promotes or features a commercial real estate property, project or commercial real estate services.
Best Redevelopment Project
To the owner of the best redevelopment project that demonstrates a creative use of existing property. Developments in this category include office, retail, multi-family, hotel or mixed use.
Economic Development Award
To a company whose location or expansion generates job creation and economic growth in the Triangle.
Green or Sustainability Award
To a company or property that has incorporated sustainable practices in their workplace through the design and construction or the day-to-day operations of a commercial building.
Professional Commercial Real Estate Service
To an individual who provides the best professional commercial real estate service, with consideration for industry knowledge, leadership, skills, work ethic and creativity (e.g., an accountant, appraiser, attorney, broker, consultant, property manager, title insurance agent or other industry service provider).
To an individual in the commercial real estate industry (of multiple disciplines) who has demonstrated extraordinary work volume.
Best Development Project
To the owner of the best new development project that demonstrates excellence in functionality, aesthetics and relationship to surroundings. Developments in this category include office, retail, multi-family, hotel or mixed use.
Best Interiors Project
To the company who has completed an interiors project in a commercial space that has improved the overall aesthetics and functionality of a space, which in turn has improved its marketability and/or workplace environment.
Community Enhancement Award
To a public or private project that enhances its community through improved quality of life, aesthetic appeal and/or other positive aspects.
CREW Excellence Award
To an individual or group of Triangle CREW members who best exemplify the mission of Triangle CREW by giving back to the organization, promoting and making connections for other TCREW members, and enhancing the commercial real estate industry by advocating for women and mentoring individuals new or interested in commercial real estate.
To an individual who, over the course of a distinguished career, has made a significant contribution to or has had a significant positive influence on the Triangle’s commercial real estate industry.
