Kyle Touchstone
Director of Economic Development, City Of Raleigh
As Director of Raleigh Economic Development, Kyle Touchstone leads the economic development program for the City of Raleigh through business recruitment, retention and expansion and brand awareness activities while supporting talent and equitable economic development. Kyle brings over 15 years of experience in economic development.

Joanna Helms
Economic Development Director, Town of Apex
Joanna was appointed in July 2014 to serve as the first Economic Development Director for the Town of Apex, North Carolina. Previously she served 14 years as President of the Wayne County Development Alliance in Goldsboro, NC, and as Vice President for 7 years. In June 2008, she was named the North Carolina Economic Developer of the Year.

Joe Stallings
Economic Development Director, Town of Garner
Joe Stallings joined the Town of Garner as their Economic Development Director in January of 2015. Prior to coming to Garner, Stallings served as the Economic Development and Media Coordinator for the Town of Benson, NC.
