Time 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Join us as Barry Buckman, Principal at SfL+a Architects, Raynor Smith, Business Development at Brady, Ellie Schollmeyer, Executive Director of The Exploris School, and T.J. Ulam, Southeastern Territory Manager for SageGlass, share how they are using cutting edge technology to transform commercial real estate by creating high performance and financially sustainable buildings while improving quality of life for occupants. Listen to the panel discuss the City Gateway project that is currently being designed in downtown Raleigh.

City Gateway is a premier mixed-use development in the heart of Downtown Raleigh’s innovation district. An extraordinary, first-of-its-kind development for the Triangle region, Phase I at City Gateway will be the area’s first ENERGY-POSITIVE building, producing all the energy it needs on site. With SMART BUILDING technology, information from various building systems can be leveraged to optimize energy and operational performance. Real performance means a better, more productive and comfortable work environment.
