Membership Qualifications

Full Member

Professionals working full-time in a Qualified Field of Commercial Real Estate, as defined by CREW Network.

Affiliate Member

Professionals whose work supports or benefits commercial real estate but does not fall within a qualified field. Affiliate Members provide services or products related to the industry.

Subject to the following limits:

  • No more than two Affiliate Members from the same company.
  • Affiliate Members cannot exceed 15% of total membership.

Graduate Student Member

Full-time graduate students in a commercial real estate-related field at an accredited institution. Those working in a qualified field may be part-time students.

Membership requirements:

  • Attend a TCREW meeting within the past 12 months.
  • Secure sponsorship from two current TCREW members.
  • Actively participate in a TCREW committee.
  • May not serve as committee chairs or board members.
  • Limited to 10 individuals.
