Student Mentorship Opportunities

Triangle CREW is now offering a mentorship opportunity for third-year or later undergraduate or graduate students at colleges and universities already connected with our organization, including Campbell, Meredith, NC Central, NC State, Shaw, UNC, and Wake Tech. The program is an initiative of our UCREW Committee, which includes professionals committed to providing guidance and support for students pursuing a career in the commercial real estate industry.

Program Format

  • The UCREW Student Mentorship Program is a mentee-led program. In other words, the mentee is required to initiate communication with their assigned mentor.
  • Mentees are expected to initiate a minimum of three meetings with their mentor, which can be in-person, virtual, or a site visit, etc.
  • The mentorship program runs from February to May of each year.

Eligibility

  • The applicant must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at one of the educational institutions listed above.
  • The applicant must have completed a minimum of two years in any undergraduate program.
  • The applicant must be interested in pursuing a career in a commercial real estate-related field. Examples include: finance, law, architecture, interior design, property management, marketing, construction, and urban planning.
