Tackling Unconscious Bias | DEI Training
Please join TCREW on June 1st as we discuss the role unconscious bias plays in commercial real estate. Our minds are trained to pass quick judgments on a situation or person based on our past experiences, and we are completely unaware of it. With the help of Dr. Kevin Ahmaad Jenkins, we will gain a better understanding of how unconscious bias has created a lack of diversity, equity, and inclusion in commercial real estate, and how we can make changes. It starts with awareness.
A special thanks to our sponsors First Horizon Bank and Smith Anderson
